I'm an AI systems and product leader currently building Emotion Machine, where we're creating infrastructure for meaningful human-AI conversations. Before that, I spent over four years as Co-Founder and Chief Product Officer of Patika.dev (and its web3 vertical, Rise In), where we partnered with Microsoft, Google, Trendyol, Garanti and 200+ other employers to train made-to-order junior tech talent, helping 50,000+ people get free technical training in our first year alone. My path into building autonomous systems and organizations started even earlier: I co-founded Mediate, an MIT-spinoff building AI- and AR-based independence tools for the visually impaired funded by NSF and the VA, and Kodluyoruz, which became the largest developer community in Turkey. In St. Louis, I was the founding CTO/COO of LaunchCode, growing it from 4 to 40 people and a $5M revenue operation cited by President Obama as a national model for tech job training. I started my career as a Consultant at McKinsey & Company, advising on public sector IT strategy, banking data infrastructure, and operational transformation. Across every venture, my throughline has been the same: designing the systems, processes, and now AI, that let organizations and conversations run on their own.
