Ilker Koksal

I'm a serial founder and do'er who has spent the last decade building products, companies, and communities across the US and Turkey. I co-founded Botanalytics, a conversational analytics company backed by 500Startups & ACT Venture Partners that helped businesses improve human-to-bot communication, and Referbase, a reference-based skill search platform that grew from 0 to 100k users before being acquired by Kariyer.net, Turkey's leading recruitment platform. I wrote Founder's FAQ, an authentic guide for founders based on interviews with 50+ founders and investors from companies like Airbnb, Coinbase, Stripe, and Slack, and I contributed to Forbes for two years sharing lessons from the startup world. As Entrepreneur in Residence at ScaleX Ventures, I built and led Founders Hub, a cohort helping B2B founders scale by learning from top-tier operators, and as a Growth Consultant at Bain & Company I supported Series A and B portfolio startups on their growth. Today I'm Co-Founder & CEO of Finch, continuing to build at the intersection of product, growth, and entrepreneurship. I hold degrees from Bilkent University, Koç University, and executive programs at Yale School of Management and IE Business School.
